Cyndi Allcott has been in the permanent makeup and skin therapy business since 1991, working with established Board Certified Plastic Surgeons at CosmetiCare Plastic Surgery Specialist.
Cyndi specializes in a variety of permanent cosmetic procedures, such as lip liner/color, eyebrows, eyeliner, and much more. Overall, Cyndi works to make her permanent cosmetic technique to very “Natural Looking.” She says, “I don't think Permanent Make-Up should be a total replacement for Make-Up, but rather an enhancement to your Natural beauty.”

Education
Cyndi received her permanent makeup education from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics, in Arlington, Texas, while taking advanced courses and seminars, keeping up to date with intradermal concepts. Cyndi is also Master and Instructor certified in Permanent Cosmetics from AIIC.
For skin care, Cyndi is a licensed skin therapist and a member of the Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists, where she has specialized in remaining in the forefront of advanced skin care techniques and education.
